Large-scale foundational platform

The large foundation platforms produced by Beizhong manufacturer are specifically designed for use as base platforms for large equipment, featuring rational design, stable structure, and wear resistance. They enable flat plate splicing from 3000mm to 6000mm. The foundation platform products are manufactured through machining and scraping processes. Widely used in machining, tool workshops, machinery (inspection) repair workshops, and large equipment bases, they are essential for inspection, measurement, and grinding in precision processing. They can accurately measure and inspect the flatness, straightness, and angular tolerance values of workpieces.
Material of large foundation platforms: High-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product ensures stable accuracy and excellent wear resistance. Specifications of large foundation platforms: 100*100---3000*6000mm (custom-made according to the buyer's drawings based on specifications). Accuracy of large foundation platforms: Complies with the national standard metrological verification regulations, divided into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
